Napoleon Bonaparte 1769 – 1821 was a French Statesman, Emperor and Military Leader during the French Revolution of 1789 – 1799 and the Napoleonic wars of 1803 -1815. 
 
He is regarded as one of the greatest, celebrated and yet controversial commanders in history.
